It's all about scope.
Pre-production is about understanding the end-goals and what's required to meet them. Then we go about finding the best approach to production.
We've got two approaches:
1. Rapid Action Development (RAD):
Through ad-hoc groups we set to work immediately building and through a process of iteration and refinement, chiseling away and augmenting until we have a finished product. For highly technical projects RAD allows us to just start building and prevents the sorts of 'over-planning' pitfalls common in the industry that can lead to blown out budgets and timelines.
2. Methodological Development (MD):
A traditional approach to project development better suited for straightforward projects. Templated assets are combined and continuously customized in a process of draft-and-feedback until a finished product is delivered.
A delivered product isn't the end-point.
Optimisation begins where construction ends.
We look into the metadata, see what could be better, then fine-tune. To eek out the remaining potential we keep iterating post-launch.

Unfortunately, our schedule is booked through 2024 and we are currently not taking new clients.
